Executed an Author Scouting & Campaigning via a customized platform for increasing the subscription of their semantic search platforms. The AI powered system alerted potential leads with content suitable for their areas of interest.
The goals of this project were to develop a fully automated, machine learning-powered author scouting platform that sources authors matching specific research topics or journal scopes. The project aims to build content sets suitable for various content areas and send personalized emails with relevant content for specific interest areas. It will adopt a mobile-first design and implement a weekly email system, along with a customized user flow for easy onboarding. The platform will include feedback and activity logs, manage unsubscribe responses from email recipients, and feature modules for referring authors to generate more leads.
The project resulted in the completion of over 500 campaigns and a fourfold growth in the active user base. It achieved a conversion rate of more than 50% and a click-through rate with interactions of 90%, while limiting unsubscribe responses to just 0.5%. The user onboarding system was seamlessly integrated with the publisher’s platform, and a weekly update of the analytics dashboard was enabled.
